Real Time CRM |

The Customer Relationship Module is designed to be your primary customer service, service support, and sales support tool. It therefore allows you to create, maintain, and/or access a large amount of information from one centralized location. The information in the CRM module is stored in various files in the Stream V Database structure and it is used by or can come from several different but integrated systems. The key is that all customer information is available on a real time basis. There are no uploads or downloads. |

Customer Scripting and Profiling |

The STREAM V scripting and profiling system (SPS) allows you to create information gathering scripts and maintain an unlimited amount of structured information about your customers. This information can be used to produce reports, address labels or action records to generate outbound sales calls. Examples of the data that can be stored in the profiling system are:
Questions are attached to the customer record through the use of the answer records, which are automatically created for each question record. The system can be configured to automatically prompt the users to answer questions that have not been answered ,or questions where the answer has expired (date sensitive questions). |

Order Entry |

Order entry is available directly from the CRM module. In any customer screen you simply press a single button to be sent to the order entry program. At that time you can enter an order, a quote, or a loaner/sample order for the client. There is no need to bounce from one module to another, one application to another, or even download/upload information. |

Incidents/Actions System |
|||
|
The Incidents Button allows you to view the Incidents that have been created for the selected customer. When a valid company is loaded into the Company View and the Incidents button is pressed, the system displays the Incident Lookup program. The Incident Lookup program displays the incident records that have been entered for the company. Open or closed incidents can be selected using the radio button that and it allows you to view detailed information about each incident. |
