| The LongCode table provides a central repository for system control information that required multiple identifying criteria. The file is organized into control sets, defined by an 8 character ASCII identifier and five 30 character long identification fields. Each of the following sections defines a 'codeset' that controls one specific feature. |

Customer Specific Packing List - This table contains the link between the customer record and a customer specific print routine. During the invoicing process the system checks the long code file to determine if a record exists,in which case the system customer then uses the print routine from the LongCode record to print the packing list. The system uses the Function: PackingPrintRoutine( customer account,default print routine) to determine which packing list routine to use. If a blank account number is passed the default print routine is returned.

Customer Warehouse Control Logic - This table controls which warehouses the customer can order from. To disable a warehouse, create a record with data_1 set to "N". You can control this function at either the customer or customer/item number level.
